A lightweight Linux install can make a slow or aging machine fast and usable again. No Windows licence needed. Great for browsing, documents, or handing down to someone who just needs a working computer.

Diagnosis
I run a full diagnostic and let you know what's wrong before any work begins.
Fix
Once you approve, I carry out the repair and test everything before returning the machine.
Coverage area
I come to you. Call-outs are free within York and the villages to the north, including Sutton on the Forest and the surrounding area.
Outside this area? Get in touch anyway. Travel beyond the covered zone is available on request and charged at cost.
PC building
Got parts and need them put together properly? I'll assemble your build, manage cables, and run POST and stress tests to make sure everything is stable before handoff. Not sure what parts to get? I can advise on components for your budget and use case. Just get in touch before you buy.
What's not covered
Physical drive failure and component-level repair (soldering, board-level faults) are referred out to specialist shops. Parts are not included in labour prices unless stated. I'll source parts at cost or work with what you supply.
